• In house Hot Top casting foundry with oil, gas fired melting to 104 mm x 6.5 Meter size billets with ceramic filtration technique.
• Alloys offered are as per Indian & International Standards.
• Variety of profiles, subject to maximum dia of 100 mm with minimum wall thickness as low as 0.40 mm.
• Dimensions tolerances as per relevant specifications.
• Well equipped tool room with CNC wire-cut EDM, milling machine to produce dies with high accuracy.
• 12 meter long ageing furnace for heat treatment. Controlled Ageing at specific temperatures as per requirement.
• Customized packing (gunny bags, HDPE or otherwise).
