Anodizing

Anodizing process is carried out under strictly controlled conditions during various stages of productions and is amenable to perfect quality control as per customers’ requirements. Anodizing coatings are excellent finishes for areas prone to corrosion.

Powder Coating

The Powder Coating application is carried out in dust proof facilities that are maintained at a controlled temperature and humidity. The coated profiles are passed through a curing oven for curing of the powder paint on the surface. The polymers used for Powder Coating are polyester, polyester-epoxy (known as hybrid), straight epoxy and acrylics as per customers’ requirements

• Dust free and enclosed environment for smooth finish.
• Colors – As per international RAL color card.
• Polyester/Hybrid based powder of Reputed brands
• Follow International practice for pretreatment and post Treatment
• 9 tank pre-treatment process
• Thickness – 60 -100 microns.
• Lengths – 6.0 meters.
• Capacity – 2000 T per year.
